Earning Miles

Etihad Guest Members earn 1 Mile for every USD1 spent for eligible stays at any Avari Hotel.

Etihad Guest Members are also entitled to certain discounts & can earn miles on spend at all Avari restaurants and other hotel facilities when combined with room stay(s) at Eligible rates. (To clarify, Miles cannot be earned by non-residents, except for the Ramadan & Muharram F&B promotions)

Claiming Missing Partner Miles

To claim missing Miles, please contact Avari Hotels within six months of your stay at etihad@avari.com or call: +922135611031 (Mr. Khalid Shah) providing the following information:

Full Name.
Your Etihad Guest number.
Invoice number.

Please retain all original receipts until Etihad Guest Miles are credited to your account.

Further Terms & Conditions

Please quote your Etihad Guest Number at the time of reservation and present your valid, original Etihad Guest card upon check-in
Members are entitled to earn miles & avail discounts only with one airline loyalty programme.
Reservations must be made in advance and should be in the name of the Etihad Guest Member.
Eligible Stay means one or more consecutive nights spent by an Etihad Guest Member booked at an Eligible Rate. This is regardless of the number of times that the Member checks-in or checks-out in that stay.
Eligible rate will be the respective Avari Hotel's rate on www.avari.com for that stay period for that category of room(s). Where there is no rate available on www.avari.com, then the hotel must be contacted directly to ascertain availability of the required room and the rate, which may not be more than 50% of that hotel's rack (published) rate.
Eligible rates do not include tour operator rates, groups and packages, complimentary stays, travel industry rates and internet third party rates/online travel agency (OTA) rates, Avari Gold card rates or any rates based on special promotions, schemes, discounts or programs, including any 3rd party debit &/or credit card schemes
All Eligible Rates are subject to government & municipality taxes, service charges &/or levies.
Resident Members also earn miles when dining at any Avari Hotel restaurant (including room service & minibar) or using other paid hotel facilities like laundry & Dry cleaning services, telephone calls, private functions when arranged by the resident, etc when such facilities are charged to the room bill of the resident.
At the sole discretion of the respective Avari hotel, Miles & above discounts will not be earned on special promotional rates or on other discount cards, promotions or schemes, including any 3rd party debit &/or credit card schemes.
Miles & above discounts cannot be earned on 3rd party [outsourced] services such as rent a car, beauty salon or on other facilities such as night clubs or other leased outlets, which are not under Avari management
The special benefits cannot be combined with any other discounts, promotions, marketing alliances or benefits/facilities of the Avari Gold Card.
